Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Safari Briefing & Relax

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Land of Elephants
Depart Arusha after an early breakfast and drive through scenic landscapes to Tarangire National Park, known as the land of elephants and towering baobab trees. Upon arrival, enjoy a full day of game drives across the park’s diverse terrain, with excellent chances of spotting large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and a rich variety of birdlife.
The Tarangire River, a vital water source, draws wildlife throughout the year, making for incredible wildlife viewing, especially during the dry season. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing your exploration in the afternoon. Later, drive to your nearby lodge or camp for dinner and a restful overnight stay surrounded by nature. Day 3: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater – Down into the Wild
Depart Tarangire after an early breakfast and head towards the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater by mid-morning. Descend into the crater for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations, home to the Big Five and a dense population of other animals including zebras, hippos, hyenas, and flamingos around Lake Magadi.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor surrounded by breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and transfer to your lodge or tented camp perched on the crater rim or nearby highlands, where you will unwind with dinner and take in stunning sunset views over the crater. Day 4: Return to Arusha – Goodbye Safari
